Interviewer: “I see that you used to sell organic cotton t-shirts while you were in college.”
Applicant: “Yes, it was a very successful small business.”
Interviewer: “Great. Why don’t you tell me the worldwide demand for organic cotton t-shirts for each continent to see if your small business would make a good global business. I want an actual number when you are finished.”

The guide concludes with a number of cases that recruiters have used in past years.
