FAQ

Should I choose a printed book or a PDF?
It depends on when and how you want your book. A printed (hard) copy will come through the mail, but a PDF (eBook) you can download to your computer immediately.

I’ve ordered a PDF. Where is it?
Sign in to shop.wetfeet.com using the account you created to make your purchase. Then go to “My Account” and “My Downloads” to find the book. You’ll have to set a password before downloading the PDF, and you’ll need the password to open the PDF. You can only download the PDF once, using any version of Acrobat Reader.

I’ve forgotten my PDF password, can you tell me what it is?
We cannot access your password, however it is saved on our site under “My Downloads”. There you’ll see a list of the books you’ve ordered, the passwords for each PDF.

I’ve ordered a printed book. When will it be shipped?
Your book will be shipped within 2 business days of your order, and should arrive within the parameters mentioned for the shipping option you chose. If it does not, let us know. 

Are there any shipping options besides the ones listed?

If none of the options meet your needs, please contact us (information above) and we’ll do the best we can to help.

Why is international shipping so expensive? Do you have distributors in other countries?
We currently only ship out of the United States, and international shipping is expensive in general. This is one reason why we offer PDFs, which require no shipping charge.

I accidentally ordered a PDF when I wanted a printed copy (or vice versa). What can I do?

Contact us. We can modify the order.

I accidentally paid for shipping even though I ordered a PDF. What can I do?
Again, contact us. We can refund your shipping.

I was emailed an invoice for my order, but I haven’t paid yet. Will I be charged?
The email you received is a confirmation that you opened a new order, not that you paid. We check the site every few hours, and we can see whether you’ve paid or not. We only follow through with paid orders.

Is PayPal the only payment option?
As of right now, yes. You should be able to pay without a PayPal account, but if you can’t or don’t want to use PayPal yourself, we can take your credit card information over the phone (though payment will still be taken through the PayPal system). For certain university and distributor orders we have more options; call for details.
